It is often the small things that decide between success and failure in the information age. All sectors of the digital economy are affected by this notion and progress makes no difference here. This is also the case in the demand for specialised personnel, a requirement which has continually risen in recent years. Growth has been stoked in particular by sophisticated, IT-assisted processes and procedures. And it is becoming more and more difficult to find qualified people for important jobs like these.

Our procedure: verify your requirements

We take your requirements and use them to draw up an initial description of the post, specifying the most important criteria. Where necessary, we work out the core competencies together with you, thereby ensuring that your requirements for the person or team are met.

As a general rule, we only need a few days to produce a preliminary, provisional result. We supply an initial assessment, alongside a description of the skills and type of person required.

Interview process

To speed up the process, we generally arrange telephone interviews with potential candidates. We organise meetings on your premises, or in a confidential environment, with applicants making the shortlist.

We are on hand to offer advice and support when concluding employment contracts. We are available to answer any questions relating to appointments and can assist candidates up to the point when they start work in the new company. In the event of temporary appointments being made, contractual relationships are negotiated directly with ISEG; the work carried out is billed by ISEG in accordance with the contract.
